Stranger Things

Oh my, what a summer huh? Did you all binge Stranger Things 3? They set it up on a perfect weekend for most people to do just that.  Fireworks and Netflix binging, perhaps a new past time? Well for those who have not some how watched ST3, well I MAY have SPOILERSish. What a great show. This season dumps the odd sister story line for a more classic evil Russian plot line. And it works out great. The garish new neon malls of the 80's backdropped against 80's clothes and music makes this both surreal and nostalgic. The Dustin and Steve combo returns in full force to everyone's delight while some characters take a backseat to the overall kids and their trauma. Will finally is not the primary hub this time of which trouble brews from, but a mall in the middle of Hawkins. Trouble happens, the kids save the day and boom....the end. For me though the true stand out star was ERICA, Lucas's sister. Her personality really shined from beginning to end. Completely oblivious to the danger around her she kept coming back with sass after sass after sass.
